Millennium Investment Realty works carefully with investors in order to identify potential development sites and negotiate strategically lucrative partnerships with local developers.  Over the past seven years the firm has raised over $15 million dollars for local developers and has participated in the development of over thirty beautiful single-family homes and fifty successful condominium units.

E. Sebastian Tettamanti

Born in Argentina, 28 year old Sebastian Tettamanti is the owner and licensed real estate broker of Millennium Investment Realty.  His studies at the University of Florida earned him a bachelor’s degree in business administration with honors which eventually lead to a job working in the marketing for the prestigious advertising firm of Ogilvy & Mather.

Shortly thereafter, Tettamanti was promoted to Account Executive and was assigned to oversee the U.S. launch of Terra.com.  After a hugely successful campaign Tettamanti was hired by Terra.com as the in-house Marketing Manager, in charge of all domestic advertising.

Sebastian Tettamanti’s strong entrepreneurial spirit drove him towards real estate where he worked part time as a sales associate with the help of his father Enrique. Together, the pair has assisted countless individuals and investors in conducting lucrative luxury waterfront real estate transactions, eventually opening the doors for the even more successful Millennium Investment Realty firm.
